This policy outlines how we handle service delivery and address any potential issues.
Service Delivery:
Since the services are digital or in-person there is no physical shipping involved. Below is a description of service delivery.
Coaching: All work either happens in person or via Zoom and is scheduled with each client, Clients have the option of receiving a recording of the session or recording the session on their own if they so desire. Follow-ups happen via email.
Timely access: Most projects, coaching, and programs start within a few days of purchase but if there is anything time-sensitive, We are available via email and will respond within 24 hours.
Communication: We'll always provide clear communication throughout our time together and respond to your inquiries promptly.
Flexibility: If for any reason something comes up for you and we need to adjust the schedule or scope, we will adjust as needed.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Refunds: Due to the nature of the services which involve personalized consultation and coaching, all refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Sessions that are canceled without 24 hours' notice are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel the engagement please provide us with at least 30 days notice to cancel any further charges.
How Refunds Are Issued: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used (e.g., the same credit card). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. If the original payment method is no longer available (for instance, a card has been canceled or expired), please let us know so we can arrange an alternative method.
